Crazyness

Yipes! I hadn't realized it'd been that long since I updated my blog. I'm sorry! Adjusting to life with two kids instead of just my troublesome toddler has been keeping me busy as all get out.

Well we are 10 weeks into this deployment now, with about 4.5 to go. I can't believe that my husband will be home in just over a month. Thank you to all of you BIO moms who have helped and supported me through this deployment, I really really appreciate it. I am so so so so excited to have him coming home soon!!!! I am nervous as well, we've gotten adjusted to him being gone and just doing our own thing..it'll be hard to adjust him into our schedule. He is so excited to come home too, he can't wait to meet his son.

The kids are doing pretty good. Miss Alina is talking up a storm lately. She is a flirt too, let me tell you. When we were in the ER a couple of weeks back she was laying there miserable until she saw a Marine come in, she perked up smiled and told him "hi." What a flirt. Dustin is going to be amazed when he sees her next. She shocked me today at lunch though. I was eating a roast beef wrap on a spinich tortilla and Alina had a chocolate chip cookie to munch on for a treat. She actually threw her cookie on the floor to get the tortilla, surprised me. I was proud of her though.

Tony is alright. I can't believe he is a month old already! Hes holding his head up and starting to make sounds now, its soo cute. We just got out of the hospital with him. He spiked a fever on Saturday night so I took him to the ER. Because he is so young the hospital didn't want to take any chances that it could be something serious so we were admitted and they started doing blood work and a spinal tap on him. We just got outta there this morning since a few of the tests take two days to get the results back. He has something viral related and was dehydrated, and after a few days of IV fluids he is doing much better. Hes up to 9 lbs 3.2 oz's and is a really great baby.

Well I better go cook some dinner, oh joy. Will update more with pics later!
